Qualifications

• Early-career or recent graduate with a technical degree seeking growth in industrial sales.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the territory, including overnight travel.
• Self-motivated with goal setting and achievement mindset.
• Strong desire to learn, grow, and be coachable.

Responsibilities

• Learn and maintain knowledge of Rust Automation & Controls products and solutions.
• Prospect and promote products and solutions within assigned accounts.
• Grow territory sales and gross margin by expanding existing accounts and adding new customers.
• Prepare quotations in collaboration with Inside Sales team.
