Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC seeks an ambitious, self-disciplined entry-level sales professional to cover a dedicated territory. You will promote supplemental insurance products to small and medium businesses, meeting owners and benefits managers, and sometimes presenting to groups of 50–100+.

Training is provided to support newcomers and seasoned pros. Responsibilities include building your client portfolio, scheduling meetings, and achieving sales targets with support from your manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (or equivalent experience).
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage leads and build your client base.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with businesses and decision-makers.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners.
• Present insurance products to business owners and employees.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with your team.
• Plan weekly schedules and report activity to your manager.
• Maintain daily records of work and sales activity.
