The role emphasizes direct engagement, scheduling meetings, and building a client portfolio through personal visits and virtual outreach.

You'll receive comprehensive classroom and field training, uncapped commissions, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain; study course provided at no cost and state licensing fees reimbursement available)

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, develop relationships with local business owners, follow up on referral leads, and re-service existing clients.
