After training, you will cover a dedicated territory with cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Shipping, and Inventory teams.

Responsibilities include lifecycle management of orders, data entry in ERP, and solving billing issues while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 1+ year in customer service or related role.
• Experience supporting customers with responsiveness and satisfaction.
• Ability to enter and manage orders in ERP/logistics systems.
• Strong attention to detail in a metrics-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complete lifecycle of customer orders from prioritization to fulfillment.
• Enter and maintain order data in ERP and logistics systems.
• Perform order-related calculations and conversions.
• Build and maintain productive customer relationships.
• Resolve billing issues and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with Sales, Shipping, Inventory, and Credit teams.
• Coordinate and track movement of materials for timely deliveries.
• Identify process gaps and participate in continuous improvement.
