Job summary

Carlisle Construction Materials is seeking an Order Management Specialist to serve as the primary liaison for the Customer Success team. You will manage a defined portfolio, own orders end-to-end, and ensure accurate processing, timely shipments, and exceptional customer service.

The role involves daily collaboration across departments, managing high volumes, and focusing on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 1+ year in customer service/order entry or related role.
• Experience in B2B customer service and order management preferred.
• Experience with ERP and logistics systems (SAP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee complete lifecycle of customer orders from prioritization to fulfillment.
• Enter and maintain order data in ERP and logistics systems with accuracy.
• Coordinate shipping and track material movement to ensure timely deliveries.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with Sales/Pricing, Shipping, Inventory, and other teams.
