Responsibilities

• Oversee safety within assigned district; ensure compliance with safety codes and policies.
• Enhance customer experience and resolve issues.
• Improve operational efficiency and manage district performance metrics.
• Plan, direct and manage staffing; conduct performance appraisals; ensure training.
• Coordinate with Service and Delivery Coordinators; monitor permits.
