Family Entertainment Group is seeking a Territory Operations Leader to oversee multiple locations in Northern California and beyond. You will drive guest service, operational excellence, and business performance across the territory, with a hands-on leadership style and strong people development focus.

Responsibilities include recruiting and coaching General Managers, managing staffing and payroll, and owning the P&L.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit management in retail, hospitality, entertainment, or attractions.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong financial acumen with direct experience managing labor, payroll, and full P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across a defined geographic territory of Family Entertainment Centers, ensuring alignment with brand standards and cultural expectations.
• Recruit, coach, and develop General Managers and site-level leadership; use data to improve culture and retention.
• Ensure staffing, scheduling, safety, cleanliness, and game/attraction function across locations; conduct frequent site visits.
• Manage labor as a controllable cost using forecasting tools and traffic trends; monitor payroll to meet revenue targets.
• Own the P&L for the territory; analyze revenue trends, expenses, and opportunities; drive KPI visibility and continuous improvement.
• Champion a guest-first mindset and hold teams accountable for service, safety, and cleanliness; lead compliance with safety and labor laws.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on initiatives, marketing activations, and regional events to drive traffic and revenue.
