Family Entertainment Group is seeking a Territory Operations Leader to oversee multiple locations across Northern California, Washington, and Hawaii. You will ensure guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and strong P&L performance, while developing site leaders and maintaining brand standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, effective communication, and frequent travel within the defined territory to drive results and improvements across all sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit management in retail, hospitality, entertainment or attractions.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in labor, payroll and P&L.

Responsabilités

• Lead operations across a defined geographic territory of Family Entertainment Centers, aligning with brand standards.
• Recruit, coach, and develop General Managers and site leaders.
• Monitor staffing, scheduling, safety, cleanliness, and game/attraction functionality.
• Conduct site visits, engage with teams, and model frontline leadership.
• Own data analysis of equipment performance, payouts, and KPIs across locations.
