Job summary

OpenWorks is seeking an Operations Manager to own the success of an assigned territory by ensuring exceptional service delivery and strong provider performance. You’ll build relationships, solve problems, and drive operational excellence to retain customers and grow the business.

This hands-on role requires ownership, process improvements, and the ability to analyze metrics to drive results. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve operations across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–7 years of experience in operations, business operations, account management, or a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze data and turn insights into action.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business systems such as CRM, ERP, or project management software.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational performance of your assigned territory.
• Build strong relationships with customers and service providers to ensure exceptional service.
• Drive customer retention and identify opportunities for territory growth.
• Support provider performance, accountability, and territory coverage.
