Job summary

Virginia Cancer Specialists, an affiliate of McKesson Specialty Health and US Oncology, is seeking a Full Time Oncology Liaison to join our Marketing Team in Northern Virginia (Fair Oaks, Reston & Loudoun). This role conducts physician liaison/outside sales activities to grow referrals and support practice objectives.

You will build long-term relationships with referring physicians, participate in sales planning, and use CRM and market data to inform strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or health.
• 5 years healthcare marketing or 3 years healthcare service sales experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and databases.
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate physician feedback into business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Prospect non-oncology physicians to generate referrals.
• Establish and grow relationships with referring physicians in the territory.
• Develop and execute sales, marketing, and outreach plans.
• Use CRM, market analysis, and reporting to track growth.
• Travel 70% of the work week; attend events and meetings.
