Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Territory Merchandising Lead to increase Procter & Gamble product sales through flawless on-shelf execution and coverage. You will build strong relationships with store leadership, resolve out-of-stock issues, and drive merchandising programs across the Arlington Heights area.

The role requires traveling to up to 20 store locations, a valid driver’s license, and successful coordination with internal teams to meet client objectives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; degree preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships and overcome obstacles to improve sales.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with store leadership and associates to drive sales and merchandising success.
• Increase shelf presence of Procter & Gamble products and resolve out-of-stock issues.
• Execute merchandising plans, including product placement, display building, and promotional activities.
• Utilize data to identify problems and implement actionable solutions within the territory.
• Travel across assigned stores and document visits, progress, and results.
