ACO-US in Traverse City, Michigan is seeking a Market Area Manager to drive merchandising and sales for Procter & Gamble brands. You will build strong relationships with store leadership and staff, execute in-store plans, and optimize shelf presence across a territory of up to 20 stores.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in CPG, strong communication, and hands-on problem solving. You will travel, receive mileage reimbursement, and work full-time with a stable schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) preferred.
• Strong relationship-building skills to drive sales.
• Able to improve shelf availability and resolve stock issues.
• Proactive, data-driven, and flexible in field execution.
