Job summary

ACo-US is seeking a Retail Coverage Merchandiser to optimize product visibility and drive sales for Primo Brands water in retail stores. You will visit stores, collaborate with managers, collect data on a company tablet, and ensure displays meet planogram standards.

The role emphasizes independent work, attention to detail, and strong communication with store personnel. This full-time position offers a solid benefits package and a stable territory throughout Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong core competencies: quality commitment, attention to detail, customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
• Reliable transportation to visit a set territory and be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Cover a set territory of retailers, ensuring merchandising coverage goals are met through regular store visits.
• Support store managers on retail initiatives such as new product introductions and contests.
• Upsell the retail plan by influencing store decision makers to order product.
• Develop and sell to all key store personnel on major objectives like brand information and shelf standards.
• Build displays such as End caps, pallets, hutsches, racks and coolers; transport deliveries to stores.
• Work with a dedicated team and use a company tablet to collect and report data from visits.
• Ensure full distribution and display, including stocking and pricing merchandise.
• Conduct audits to check data codes and adherence to plan‑o‑grams; report observations.
• Communicate objectives and feedback to management and clients; identify sales opportunities.
