Job summary

ACO-US is seeking a Retail Coverage Merchandiser in San Diego to optimize product visibility and drive sales for Primo Brands water in retail stores. You will conduct store visits, collaborate with store managers, and use a tablet to collect data while maintaining display standards.

The role emphasizes field-driven merchandising, relationship-building with store personnel, and executing the retail plan to increase client sales. A full-time position with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Cover a set territory of retailers with regular store visits to ensure merchandising coverage goals.
• Support store managers on initiatives like new product introductions and contests.
• Upsell the retail plan by influencing store decision makers to order product.
• Develop and sell to store personnel on major objectives such as brand information and shelf standards.
• Build End caps, pallets, hutches/shippers, racks, and coolers to enhance displays.
• Transport unbuilt racks and hutches to stores and install them.
