Job summary

Acosta is seeking a Retail Coverage Merchandiser to optimize product visibility and drive sales for Primo Brands water in retail stores across Florida. You will visit stores, work with managers, collect data with a tablet, and ensure display standards.

This full-time role offers medical, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, a 401k program and generous PTO, along with a collaborative culture and a flexible schedule with no weekend work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Prior retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
• Must have reliable transportation to visit a set territory of various retail locations.

Responsibilities

• Cover a set territory of retailers, visiting stores regularly and ensuring merchandising goals are met.
• Support store managers on initiatives such as new product introductions and contests.
• Upsell the retail plan by influencing store decision makers to order product.
• Develop and sell to store personnel on objectives such as brand information and shelf standards.
• Build displays (End caps, pallets, racks) and prepare fixtures.
• Receive deliveries and transport to stores to build displays.
• Report data from store visits using a company tablet and ensure full distribution and display of products.
• Conduct audits to check data codes against plan-o-grams and report observations.
• Collaborate with management to meet objectives and report store-level observations.
