Job summary

ACO-US in Columbus, OH is seeking a Retail Coverage Merchandiser to optimize product visibility and drive sales in retail stores. You will visit assigned retailers, work with store managers, and ensure compelling in-store displays for Primo Brands water while following planogram guidelines.

Responsibilities include building displays, collecting data on tablet, coordinating with supervisors, and maintaining pricing and shelf standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior retail experience preferred but not required.
• Strong core competencies: quality commitment, attention to detail, customer service, and communication.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand/walk long periods.
• Must have reliable transportation to visit territory.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Cover a set territory of retailers with regular store visits.
• Support store managers on retail initiatives like new product introductions and contests.
• Upsell the retail plan by influencing store decision makers to order product.
• Develop and sell to key store personnel on objectives such as brand information and shelf standards.
• Build displays (End caps, pallets, hutches, racks, coolers) and transport fixtures.
• Work with technology (tablet) to collect and report data from store visits.
• Ensure full distribution and display of products in assigned accounts.
