Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to ensure in‑store execution and high-quality coverage across Oregon. You will support Merchandisers and Order Writers, uphold brand standards, and drive efficient daily visits while coordinating with store personnel.

You will work remotely within a multi-city Oregon territory, travelling as needed, with a focus on safety and adherence to company policies. A valid driver’s license and flexible weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods
• Live within the geographical boundaries of the team
• Flexible schedule including weekends
• Ability to travel across assigned markets
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
• Mondelēz International vehicle, gas card & maintenance program

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execution excellence while supporting Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory
• Deliver strong customer service to store teams and reinforce Mondelēz standards
• Execute daily coverage with Merchandising and Order Writing standards, document execution with photos
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans and maintain brand visibility
• Follow schedules set by DM or RTM to ensure efficient territory coverage
• Assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches
• Build relationships with store personnel to support smooth execution
• Support onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers to strengthen field capability
• Develop for future leadership with operational, communication and problem‑solving skills
• Adhere to safety protocols and vehicle policies during territory travel
