Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to convert staffing gaps into reliable in-store execution across the Oregon territory. You will support Merchandisers and Order Writers, ensuring brand standards and display execution align with RTM plans.

You'll build strong store partnerships, travel across markets, and help onboard new team members while upholding safety and company policies. A valid driver's license and 18+ are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and support Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory.
• Deliver strong customer service to store teams while reinforcing Mondelēz’s standards.
• Execute daily coverage, including store visits, displaying photos, and documenting execution through DMI & Sales force.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure alignment with RTM plans and brand visibility.
• Follow schedules set by District Manager or RTM for efficient territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches; support high-visibility events.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support smooth execution and collaboration.
• Support onboarding and capability building for new Merchandisers and Order Writers.
