Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to convert staffing gaps into reliable, high-quality execution across assigned Oregon markets. You will support Merchandisers and Order Writers, uphold brand standards, and ensure stores stay aligned with company expectations.

You will travel within the territory as needed and contribute to seasonal launches and promotions. Join a team delivering iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy and Triscuit, while developing

Qualifications

• Age at least 18 with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods.
• Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team.
• Flex schedule including weekends and ability to travel.
• Physical ability to lift, bend and move up to 25 lbs.
• Mondelēz offers a company vehicle, gas card and maintenance program.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelez in stores with professionalism and execution excellence.
• Support Merchandisers and Order Writers; ensure standards.
• Execute daily coverage with Merchandising Excellence standards.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans and maintain brand visibility.
• Follow schedules set by DM or RTM to ensure territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and product launches.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support smooth execution.
• Support capability building for onboarding of new staff.
• Develop leadership skills for future management.
• Stay safe and compliant in all driving and physical tasks.
