Job summary

Tactile Medical in Memphis, TN is seeking an Associate Territory Account Manager to drive sales and educate physicians, clinicians and patients on our lymphedema devices. You will conduct full-cycle consultative sales, demonstrate products in home settings, and support strategies to exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of sales or 2+ years of clinical experience, with travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 1+ years outside/inside sales experience.
• 2+ years of patient-facing clinical experience.
• 1+ years of patient-facing or sales support at Tactile Medical.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle consultative sales (prospecting, scheduling, meetings, demos, closing).
• Educate physicians, clinicians and patients on the Flexitouch System and other products.
• Provide in-home product demonstrations for patients.
• Assist in sales strategies to surpass goals.
• Support training and education on disease state, reimbursement, etc.
• Travel as needed within the territory; comply with HIPAA and regulatory requirements.
