Job summary

SalesFirst Recruiting-1 is seeking a Territory Sales professional for the greater Oklahoma City area, offering remote and in-field autonomy within the medical device sector. You’ll manage a $1M territory, engage with hospitals and surgical centers, and drive growth alongside a structured training program.

You will conduct ~10 product demonstrations weekly, with limited overnight travel, targeting hospitals, ORs, and ICU departments.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ B2B territory management experience.
• Proven ability to develop and close new business relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a territory in the Greater Oklahoma City area with remote and field autonomy.
• Conduct ~10 product demonstrations per week, with at least 3 days in the field.
• Develop relationships with hospitals, surgical centers, ORs, ICUs, and departments.
• Participate in extensive initial and ongoing training and coaching.
