Job summary

Curran Recruiting is seeking a driven Territory Manager for a medical device client to grow revenue in the Oklahoma City region. You will develop a strategic sales plan, build relationships with surgeons and OR staff, and identify new business opportunities.

You will deliver in-service trainings, product demos, and clinical support during procedures, collaborate with distributors and internal teams, and travel within the territory to industry events and customer sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of outside B2B or medical device sales experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and developing new business.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow territory revenue and expand market share.
• Build relationships with surgeons, operating room staff, materials management, and key decision-makers.
• Identify and close new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing accounts.
• Provide in-service training, product demonstrations, and clinical support during surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and product implementation.
• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events to strengthen market presence.
• Consistently exceed sales goals through proactive prospecting and account management.
