Job summary

Evergreen FS in Clinton, IL, is seeking a motivated Marketing Manager to help develop and implement marketing plans, drive profitability and support organic growth across the assigned territory.

You will supervise Crop Specialists and Associates and Location Manager, set performance expectations, lead a sales team, and ensure compliance with regulations while pursuing ambitious sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 6+ years of business-related work experience to demonstrate advanced marketing skills and sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assists with development and implementation of marketing plans within assigned territory.
• Ensures profitable sales growth through target marketing, competitive analysis, risk management, and oversight of location managers and product sales team.
• Develops and implements an effective sales administration plan with training, coaching, and performance measurement.
• Develops annual sales goals aligned with organizational objectives and oversees implementation.
