The Acute Care Technology division develops lifesaving products for EMS, hospitals, public safety, and military clients, including AEDs, trauma kits, ventilators, and temperature management solutions. Our team is dedicated to enhancing patient outcomes and providing excellent customer service.

Job Summary

Responsible for achieving sales quotas, managing and developing customer relationships, controlling expenses, and contributing to ZOLL's profitability. The role involves promoting products to the pre-hospital (EMS) market, including fire departments, ambulance services, and air medical providers.

Essential Functions

  • Achieve hardware and disposable sales quotas
  • Develop short and long-term sales plans, including an annual business plan
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, maintaining an active sales pipeline
  • Provide in-service education to customers
  • Conduct technical scope reviews prior to sales
  • Maintain organized account records in CRM (Salesforce.com)
  • Prepare reports such as weekly expense reports, forecasts, and activity updates
  • Manage demo and evaluation inventory, documenting usage and maintaining equipment
  • Spend approximately 3 days per week in the field
  • Perform other assigned projects

Qualifications

  • College degree preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience required, or prior ZOLL experience

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
