Job summary

Promoveo Health is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to manage a New York territory focused on Urology & Continence Care for Federal/VA accounts. You will build relationships across VA Medical Centers and clinics, educate clinicians, and drive product adoption to improve veteran access to innovative solutions.

You will call on urology, primary care, home care, prosthetics, nursing, and other departments, navigating VA purchasing pathways while maintaining strong CRM records and territory

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Medical device, medical supply, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong territory management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage clinicians, nurses, and healthcare decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing a large geography.
• CRM experience and strong reporting discipline.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel throughout the territory, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships across VA Medical Centers and outpatient clinics.
• Call on Urology, Spinal Cord Injury, Primary Care, Home Care, Prosthetics, Nursing, and other key departments.
• Educate clinicians and staff on urology and continence care solutions.
• Drive product adoption and new patient starts within your territory.
• Navigate VA purchasing, prescribing, and product-access pathways.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, clinical champions, prosthetics, logistics, and administrative teams.
• Conduct product demonstrations, in-services, and clinical education.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans.
• Maintain accurate daily sales activity and follow-up in CRM.
• Partner with your Field Sales Manager and client commercial team to drive territory performance.
