Job summary

Promoveo Health LLC. is expanding a field sales team to cover urology and continence care within VA facilities. You will own a territory, build relationships with VA Medical Centers, clinicians and staff, and drive product adoption.

The role requires 3+ years in B2B sales in healthcare, a Bachelor's degree, and strong CRM, reporting, and travel capabilities to cover a large geography. Enjoy a competitive benefits package and full-time W-2 employment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Medical device, medical supply, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong territory management and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships across VA Medical Centers and outpatient clinics.
• Drive product adoption and new patient starts within your territory.
• Navigate VA purchasing pathways and inform clinicians and staff about solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, in-services, and clinical education.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans.
• Maintain accurate daily sales activity and CRM updates.
