Job summary

Numotion, North America\'s largest mobility provider, seeks a Territory Manager of Specialty Accounts to lead a sales team across the complex rehab technology industry. You will coach SAMs, develop strategies, and drive performance while representing Numotion at conferences and events.

The role requires at least 3 years of direct sales experience and 1 year of leadership, a Bachelor\'s degree, and willingness to travel 60% across multiple states including Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years direct sales experience.
• Minimum of 1 year experience leading, mentoring or coaching others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Specialty Account Managers to achieve sales goals.
• Hire, develop and manage performance, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Set strategy to win new business and grow existing accounts across the territory.
• Represent Numotion at conferences, trade fairs, and networking events.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable growth and ensure excellent customer service.
