Job summary

Shaw Sports Turf is seeking a dynamic Territory Manager to cultivate relationships with end-use customers and partners in Western PA, Eastern OH, Western NY, and WV. You will present Shaw’s turf systems to architects, engineers, and end users while proactively prospecting for new projects and managing the territory with CRM and remote collaboration.

Travel 50% to 75% is required, with focus on both new account development and existing relationships.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or combination of education and experience.
• Must reside within designated territory and be able to travel 50–75%.
• Experience selling to end users, distributors, contractors, architects, and engineers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative approach with end users, distributors, and contractors to select suitable systems.
• Establish and grow distribution partnerships within the territory.
• Deliver presentations to end users, school boards, facilities managers, architects, and engineers.
• Travel to call on existing and prospective customers across the territory.
• Maintain relationships with customers through events and regular communication.

We are seeking a dynamic Territory Manager to cultivate strong relationships with new and existing end-use customers within the Western PA, Eastern OH, Western NY, WVA market, as well as develop distributor, installation, and construction partners within the local market. The role requires presenting Shaw’s products, systems, and solutions to end users and key stakeholders, and educating architects and engineers on Shaw’s full range of offerings.
