Territory Manager San Francisco (Bay Area)

Job Details

This is a full-time, remote position covering the Bay Area with extensive travel. The base salary ranges from $80,000 to $120,000 per year, with additional benefits including equity/stock incentives, profit-sharing bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package such as 401K with matching.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain client relationships, educate clients, and conduct product demonstrations at trade shows.
• Develop business strategies to ensure customer success and increase sales.
• Perform marketing research, manage territory, and support training initiatives.
• Track sales and assist with post-sale customer issues.
• Collaborate with Field Service and other staff.

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to travel extensively.
• Proven high performance with consistent quota achievement.
• Ability to generate quality leads and manage territory effectively.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, disciplined, and excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills for tracking and reporting sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least five years of sales experience, including medical laser and capital equipment sales preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
