Position Description

As an Account Manager in the San Francisco Bay Area, your responsibilities include:

  • Exceed quota expectations as set by management
  • Manage the full range of products within your territory
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with accounts
  • Provide exceptional support and service to your accounts

Field team members must meet third-party credentialing requirements, which may include COVID-19 vaccination.

Position Requirements

The following skills and attributes are required:

  • 3+ years of medical/surgical device sales experience
  • Experience with calling on surgeons, OR directors, nurse managers, clinical coordinators, nurse educators, and materials management
  • Professional sales experience with formal training
  • Goal-oriented, self-starter with entrepreneurial drive
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal)
  • Proven success with clear documentation
  • Strong market relationships and understanding
  • Residency in or willingness to relocate to the location
  • 4-year degree
  • COVID-19 vaccination required, subject to law
Benefits

The base salary ranges from $75,000 to $95,000 annually, based on experience, skills, certifications, and location. Compensation packages are discussed during hiring. Additional compensation may include bonuses and incentives.
