Job summary

Dreem Health, powered by Sunrise, is seeking a Territory Manager to grow our digital sleep care network across your region. You’ll build relationships with physicians, clinics, and specialists to drive referrals to our at-home sleep care solutions, focusing on sleep apnea patients.

You’ll educate providers, organize lunch & learns, and monitor referral activity to inform strategy. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in healthcare partnerships or sales, a related bachelor’s degree, and a valid

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare, partnerships, provider relations, or sales.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Strong understanding of healthcare referral processes.
• Experience with CRM systems (Hubspot) and data reporting tools.
• Passion for improving healthcare access and patient outcomes.

As a Territory Manager at Dreem Health, you’ll be out in the field every day, building trusted relationships with physicians, specialists, and clinics to drive referrals to our digital sleep clinic. You’ll promote our life-changing sleep care services, especially for patients with sleep apnea, by educating providers, organizing lunch & learns, and creating awareness across your territory. You'll track referral activity, share insights with internal teams, and play a hands‑on role in shaping how we grow. What You Bring

• 2+ years in healthcare, either in partnerships, provider relations, or sales
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Strong understanding of healthcare referral processes
• Experience with CRM systems (we use Hubspot) and data reporting tools
• A genuine passion for improving healthcare access and patient outcomes

Compensation

$80,000 - $85,000 base salary; On-target-earnings up to $120,000

Compensation Range - Depending on Experience: $80,000 USD - $85,000 USD
