Dreem Health is seeking a Territory Manager to drive referrals for our digital sleep clinic across the South Bay (Santa Clara, Fremont, San Jose).
You will build relationships with physicians and clinics, promote services, and organize lunch & learns while tracking referral activity and sharing insights with internal teams. The role requires field travel, CRM use (HubSpot), and ownership of territory growth.
Dreem Health is America’s leading digital sleep clinic. Powered by Sunrise’s technology, Dreem Health makes sleep care simple — replacing long waits and in-lab sleep studies with home-based testing, expert telehealth visits, and personalized treatment plans that are easy for patients to follow. We’re fixing the broken sleep care journey and helping more people get the care they need — from home, on their schedule.
As a Territory Manager at Dreem Health, you’ll be out in the field every day, building trusted relationships with physicians, specialists, and clinics to drive referrals to our digital sleep clinic. You’ll promote our life-changing sleep care services, especially for patients with sleep apnea, by educating providers, organizing lunch & learns, and creating awareness across your territory. You'll track referral activity, share insights with internal teams, and play a hands-on role in shaping how we grow. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives on connection, loves being on the go, and wants to be part of a mission-driven team transforming access to care.
At Sunrise Group, we work on a problem that affects millions: poor sleep and untreated sleep disorders. Our mission is to make diagnosis and care easier to access, and we’re proud of the experience we provide to patients. We feel responsible for making it better every day.
