Sunrise Group is hiring a Clinical Capacity & Workforce Planning Lead, fully remote across the United States. You will own provider supply strategy, forecast demand surges, and coordinate licensing and onboarding to ensure timely access to care in all 50 states.
You’ll partner with Growth, HR, and Credentialing & Licensing to time hiring, manage leave, and maintain open calendars aligned with demand. A capacity architecture mindset helps scale patient access and coverage as we expand.
United States - Remote
Sunrise Group is building the future of sleep health by combining breakthrough technology with expert care. We started in 2015 with a straightforward idea: sleep diagnosis should happen in the comfort of your own home, not in a hospital. To make that possible, we created a first-of-its-kind chin sensor, carefully validated through clinical research, reviewed by leading sleep experts, and cleared by the FDA.
Since then, Sunrise Group has grown from a single innovation into a complete sleep health company. We now design advanced diagnostic and treatment solutions, and we deliver care directly to patients through Dreem Health , our digital sleep clinic. By serving patients in all 50 states with reimbursed care, we are making sleep treatment more accessible, more personal, and much simpler than it has ever been.
We are hiring a Clinical Capacity & Workforce Planning Lead to ensure we always have enough licensed, credentialed providers in the right states to meet patient demand and support our growth. Within Clinical Operations, you’ll own provider supply strategy across all 50 states, translating growth plans into provider needs so new providers are recruited, licensed, credentialed, and onboarded before demand arrives, not after patients are already waiting.
You’ll partner with Growth, HR, and Credentialing & Licensing to forecast demand surges, time hiring, and prioritize licensing where growth is fastest, while also overseeing daily coverage such as leave approvals and agenda availability. Using dashboards and capacity forecasts, you’ll build the systems that shape patient access, provider workload, service continuity, revenue, and how quickly we expand into new states. This is a capacity architecture role, not calendar coordination, and it’s ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex operational puzzles and building systems that scale.
At Sunrise Group, our mission is to make sleep disorder diagnosis and care easier to access, and we offer the autonomy, impact, and fast-moving, collaborative culture to make that happen.
At Sunrise Group, we keep things clear and simple , value trust and collaboration , and lead with optimism and compassion . These values guide everything we do.

So if you think you could make an impact here, reach out to us.
