Job summary

Dreem Health, by Sunrise, is seeking a Territory Manager to drive referrals for our digital sleep clinic across the South Bay. You will educate providers, organize lunch & learns, and develop awareness among physicians, specialists and clinics while managing an active sales territory.

Based in the South Bay, you’ll collaborate with Sunrise to grow access to care, track referral activity, and share insights to help shape our expanding digital sleep care platform.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare partnerships, provider relations, or sales.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot) and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with physicians, specialists and clinics to drive referrals.
• Promote Dreem Health sleep care services and organize educational events (lunch & learns).
• Track referral activity and share insights with internal teams to shape growth.
• Cover Santa Clara, Fremont and San Jose in the South Bay territory.

As a Territory Manager at Dreem Health, you’ll be out in the field every day, building trusted relationships with physicians, specialists, and clinics to drive referrals to our digital sleep clinic. You’ll promote our life‑changing sleep care services, especially for patients with sleep apnea, by educating providers, organizing lunch & learns, and creating awareness across your territory. You'll track referral activity, share insights with internal teams, and play a hands‑on role in shaping how we grow. What You Bring

• 2+ years in healthcare, either in partnerships, provider relations, or sales
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Strong understanding of healthcare referral processes
• Experience with CRM systems (we use Hubspot) and data reporting tools
• A genuine passion for improving healthcare access and patient outcomes

Compensation

$80,000 - $85,000 base salary; On-target-earnings up to $120,000

Compensation Range - Depending on Experience: $80,000 USD - $85,000 USD
