Job summary

Cynosure Lutronic is seeking a results-driven sales professional to prospect and close B2B opportunities within Louisiana and Mississippi. This hunting role focuses on outbound outreach, territory development, and meeting revenue targets.

You will gain product expertise through internal training, attend regional events, and partner with teammates to accelerate growth while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent to three years of experience.
• 1–3+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience.
• Proven success prospecting and generating new business.
• Experience managing a territory and face-to-face meetings preferred.
• History of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication, organization, and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate sales leads.
• Engage and win over prospective customers through outbound sales efforts.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Partner with team members to drive territory performance and revenue.
• Maintain communication with manager and report developments.
