Job summary

Cynosure, LLC is seeking a results-driven sales professional to generate prospecting leads within a defined territory in the United States. The role focuses on building relationships with dermatology clinics, medical spas, and healthcare practitioners, identifying opportunities, and supporting the sales team to achieve objectives.

You will attend workshops and trade shows, report developments to management, and strive to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably outside or field-based sales.
• Proven success prospecting and generating new business.
• Experience managing a territory and conducting face-to-face meetings is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate sales leads.
• Assist sales professionals to achieve territory sales objectives.
• Maintain communication with manager and report developments (customers, competition, market changes).
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Attend workshops and trade shows showcasing Cynosure product lines.
• Embody and deliver the 'Exceptional Everyday'.
