Job summary

Sunrise Group, in partnership with Dreem Health, seeks a Field Territory Manager to expand access to digital sleep care across the U.S. This role focuses on building strong relationships with physicians, clinics, and specialists to drive referrals to our sleep clinic.

Based in Long Beach, CA, you will educate providers about sleep apnea services, organize educational events, and monitor referral activity while partnering with marketing and product teams to scale the footprint.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare partnerships, provider relations, or sales.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Strong understanding of healthcare referral processes.
• Experience with CRM systems (Hubspot) and data reporting tools.
• Passion for improving healthcare access and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

As a Territory Manager at Dreem Health, you'll be out in the field every day, building trusted relationships with physicians, specialists, and clinics to drive referrals to our digital sleep clinic. You'll promote our life-changing sleep care services, especially for patients with sleep apnea, by educating providers, organizing lunch & learns, and creating awareness across your territory. You'll track referral activity, share insights with internal teams, and play a hands-on role in shaping how we grow. What You Bring

• 2+ years in healthcare, either in partnerships, provider relations, or sales
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Strong understanding of healthcare referral processes
• Experience with CRM systems (we use Hubspot) and data reporting tools
• A genuine passion for improving healthcare access and patient outcomes

Compensation

$80,000 - $85,000 base salary; On-target-earnings up to $120,000
