Job summary

Two’s Company is seeking an Outside Sales Representative (Territory Manager) to cover Maryland, Washington DC, and parts of Southern Delaware. You will travel daily to independent retailers, build lasting partnerships, and drive growth across our home décor and gift lines.

Ideal candidates are proven sellers with strong communication skills, CRM proficiency, and a willingness to attend major trade shows. This full-time field role offers uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven success as a Territory Manager or Sales Representative in Gift/Home/Apparel.
• Self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in-person and virtual.
• Excellent computer skills including Excel, video conferencing, and CRM.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Willing to travel to major trade shows (Dallas/Atlanta) twice a year.
• Ability to carry product samples and travel region.

Responsibilities

• Travel to independent specialty retailers daily Monday through Friday to show and sell our products.
• Build and grow relationships with independent retailers such as gift shops and fashion boutiques.
• Manage and expand an existing customer base.
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities.
• Present Two’s Company’s latest lines through in-person visits and virtual meetings.
• Collaborate with store owners and buyers on merchandising and marketing strategies.
• Deliver an exceptional, customer-centric experience in meetings.
• Stay ahead of market trends in home décor, gift, and fashion industries.
• Use technology to manage, analyze and organize your business.
