Job summary

Epicor India seeks a Territory Manager, FP&A to grow FP&A across existing Epicor ERP customers and new ERP prospects. You will partner with Customer Account Managers to identify expansion opportunities and align requirements with FP&A capabilities, including budgeting, planning, forecasting, scenario modeling, and multidimensional analysis.

**Territory Manager | FP&A**Join Epicor as a Territory Manager! The Territory Manager, FP&A is an overlay sales role responsible for growing Epicor FP&A across existing Epicor ERP customers and new ERP prospects. This role serves as the FP&A subject-matter expert, partnering with Customer Account Managers and Territory Managers to identify, develop, and close opportunities.The role engages finance, IT, and operational leaders to align customer requirements with Epicor FP&A capabilities, including reporting, consolidation, budgeting, planning, forecasting, scenario modeling, and multidimensional analysis.**What you will be doing:*** Serve as the FP&A subject-matter expert for customer and prospect opportunities.* Team with Customer Account Managers to identify expansion opportunities and align varying account priorities.* Team with Territory Managers to position FP&A within new ERP opportunities.* Conduct discovery and translate finance and business requirements into solution strategies.* Lead demonstrations, workshops, executive presentations, business cases, and ROI discussions.* Provide FP&A sales enablement, coaching, messaging, and tools to a broad seller community.* Coordinate with solution consultants, professional services, product management, customer success, partners, and other stakeholders.* Manage opportunity plans, forecasts, stakeholder maps, competitive intelligence, and CRM updates.* Support commercial negotiations and contribute to marketing events, webinars, and internal training.**What you will likely bring:*** Strong knowledge of FP&A, financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and finance transformation.* Ability to engage credibly with CFOs, controllers, FP&A leaders, IT executives, and operational stakeholders.* Strong consultative selling, discovery, executive communication, ROI development, negotiation, and deal strategy skills.* Ability to triangulate customer requirements and recommend the appropriate FP&A solution.* Strong collaboration, sales enablement, pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM skills.**What you'll need:*** 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience.* 3+ years of specialized FP&A, EPM, CPM, financial reporting, budgeting, planning, forecasting, or consolidation experience.* Demonstrated success selling to finance executives and business leaders.* ERP, financial management, or business applications experience preferred.* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.* Willingness to travel periodically.**What Could Set You Apart*** Experience selling FP&A or enterprise performance management solutions.* Experience with Epicor ERP and financial applications.* Background in corporate finance, controllership, FP&A, accounting, consolidation, or management reporting.* Experience with integrated planning, AI-enabled finance, or data-driven decision support.* Ability to collaborate effectively in a crossover sales role with ERP sellers and Account Managers* Experience triangulating business requirements, finance processes, and strategic objectives to recommend the appropriate Epicor FP&A solution.#LI-KT1 #LI-REMOTE
