Job summary

Shell Mobility & Convenience invites enthusiastic individuals to join as Territory Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations of assigned Timewise stores in the region. You will lead teams, drive sales, manage KPIs, and ensure brand and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in retail management, and strong communication skills; travel to multiple store locations is required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience coaching and developing store teams is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in retail or convenience store management with training/coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams and implement strategies to achieve sales and customer service objectives.
• Prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly tasks while maintaining store conditions.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, regulations, and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance sales through training and targeted strategies.
• Manage designated area with proactive initiative and sound business acumen.
• Other duties as assigned.
