Job summary

Saluda Medical, a global healthcare company redefining spinal cord stimulation therapy, seeks a Senior Territory Manager to drive Evoke therapy across the assigned territory. You will manage the sales geography, lead clinician training, and shape market development strategies to expand access to the SCS platform.

The role requires 3+ years of medical device sales, a bachelor’s degree (or 5+ years of programmable implantable device sales), and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant business experience, minimum 3 years prior medical device sales required.
• Documented sales success
• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years previous programmable implantable device sales experience
• 3+ years previous device experience within operating room and strong prior patient follow-up interaction
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time - including overnights.

Responsibilities

• Managing the sales geography
• Oversee clinician training activities, sales tactics, and market development strategies.
• Leads the identification of business opportunities, ensures the effective utilization and penetration of Evoke™ systems to ensure revenue commitments.
• Expands relationships with key opinion leaders and customers.
• Drive the overall growth agenda, go-to-market plans, and execute core messaging.
• Facilitates the collection and dissemination of competitive intel; conducts real-world market research to gather design input, market trends, competitive activity, customer perspectives, etc.
