Job summary

GCC seeks a Territory Manager to grow sales across a defined region, communicating with customers by phone, email and in-person visits. You will build trusted relationships across engineering, purchasing, operations and management, while partnering with product management and engineering to deliver value-added solutions and manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field or equivalent experience.
• Fluid Power Specialist Certification a plus; training offered.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales in geographic territory via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Develop trusted relationships with customers across engineering, purchasing, operations, and management.
• Identify key strategic accounts to win business from competition.
• Engage with product management and engineering to deliver value-added solutions.
• Manage territory using Salesforce CRM and report on pipeline.
• Collaborate with customer service, engineering, purchasing and management to optimize outcomes.
• Support ISO 9001 quality program adherence.
