Job summary

Employee Owned Holdings, Inc. (GCC) seeks a technically skilled sales professional to drive growth in the Northwest region, focusing on hydraulic, pneumatic and motion-control solutions. You will partner with engineering, purchasing and operations teams, deliver value-added solutions, and manage territory using CRM and regular reporting.

A BS or equivalent plus 3–5 years in fluid power sales is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site role with an ESOP-focused employer; compensation ranges from

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field or 3–5 years related experience.
• Fluid Power Certification a plus; ISO 9001 experience is beneficial.
• Three to five years of fluid power or motion technology sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales in the territory by phone, email, and personal visits.
• Build trusted relationships with engineering, purchasing, operations, and management.
• Identify key strategic accounts to win business from competitors.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to deliver value-added solutions.
• Manage territory using CRM and report on sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal teams to optimize customer results.
• Support ISO 9001 compliance through the quality program.
