Ortho-Dermatologics is seeking a high-performing sales professional with proven dermatology sales experience to join our expanding team. The role involves establishing and maintaining sales of dermatological products within an assigned territory, engaging with dermatologists, and providing excellent customer service and product information.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell products within a defined geography
  • Develop and execute territory plans to meet business goals
  • Leverage knowledge of Bausch Health products and the healthcare market
  • Manage sales territory and develop customer relationships
  • Maintain communication with healthcare providers and team members
  • Participate in sales meetings and conferences
  • Uphold honesty, integrity, and compliance standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of successful sales experience in a quota-driven role
  • Experience in dermatology or biologics preferred
  • Consistent high performance and strong learning aptitude
  • High urgency and customer service focus
  • Strong business acumen and market knowledge
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including driving, lifting 25 pounds, and standing for long periods
