About the Role

Ortho-Dermatologics is looking for an accomplished, consistent, and driven high performer with proven selling skills to join its fast-growing sales organization. The individual will be responsible for establishing, promoting, and maintaining a high level of sales of dermatological products, working within an established territory, and serving as a sales representative to dermatologists to provide them with disease product information, and superior customer service and support.

Responsibilities
  1. Promote and sell products to current and potential customers within a defined geography
  2. Develop, analyze, and prioritize in order to execute territory plans to achieve business results through compliant means
  3. Use functional and technical knowledge of Bausch Health products, healthcare, pharmaceutical marketplaces, managed care, and customer markets to meet or exceed customer needs
  4. Understand and execute sales territory management and customer development
  5. Establish and maintain excellent communications and sound working relationships with co-workers and assigned physicians and healthcare providers
  6. Actively participate in scheduled company sales meetings, district and regional conference calls, and other business meetings
  7. Demonstrate honesty and integrity while modeling behaviors consistent with company standards and policies for business and compliance related matters
  8. Other related duties as required
Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree required
  2. 3+ years successful sales experience in quota-driven roles
  3. Dermatology and/or selling biologics strongly preferred
  4. Demonstration of sustained, high performance and strong aptitude for learning
  5. High sense of urgency, particularly regarding customer service and administrative responsibilities
  6. Strong business acumen and ability to understand market opportunities
  7. Knowledge of the business and market in the assigned territory is preferred
  8. Ability to travel as required by the specific territory
  9. Ability to thrive in a highly driven, fast-paced, results-oriented culture
  10. High integrity and ethical standards
  11. Valid driver’s license for travel to customer locations (overnights may be required)
  12. Physical ability to perform all job duties including:
    • Driving in large territories
    • Lifting sample boxes (up to 25 pounds)
    • Remaining standing for prolonged periods during presentations or lunches
    • Performing other duties as assigned
