Job summary

Mix CTO, a division of Mix Talent, staffs life science sales roles and related functions across the industry. We are seeking a Territory Manager to promote Botanix’s product, drive market development, and achieve objectives by collaborating with customers and Botanix stakeholders.

The TM will execute targeted commercial strategies, require leadership, resilience, and a proven track record of exceeding goals. Willingness to travel and strong CRM/MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
  • Business to Business field sales experience, required.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles requiring influence, relationship building, and achievement of measurable goals preferred.
  • Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding expectations through achievement-oriented activities such as athletics, student leadership, professional work experience, community involvement, military service, volunteer organizations, or other pursuits that reflect initiative, commitment, resilience, and a willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility and relationships quickly.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of execution and follow-through.
  • Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and ownership in achieving goals and overcoming challenges.
  • Strong learning agility with the ability to absorb, apply, and communicate complex information.
  • Exceptional organizational and territory planning skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing within a collaborative team environment.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned geography.
  • Willingness to travel as needed, may also be required to work some evenings and weekends.
  • Proficiency in use of CRM software and Microsoft applications such as Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing strategies and leverage resources effectively to maximize impact and achieve all objectives and goals.
  • Influence customers within assigned geography and accounts to support the use of Botanix’s product(s) by developing clinical knowledge, selling skills, and business expertise.
  • Develop and implement strategic and dynamic business plans addressing market needs to enhance results.
  • Build customer loyalty by identifying and cultivating relationships with key customer stakeholders who can influence decision-making within accounts.
  • Develop an understanding of the patient journey to support customer understanding and needs for a great patient experience.
  • Understand local reimbursement and payor environment and educate customers on patient support information and services.
  • Collaborate with teammates and internal Botanix team by gathering, analyzing, and providing market data, customer feedback, and competitor insights to shape strategy.
  • Act compliantly with company and industry guidelines.
  • Participate in sales training and sales meetings.

About Botanix

Botanix is an ASX-listed dermatology company based in Philadelphia and Phoenix. The Company recently launched its first product, Sofdra™ (sofpironium) topical gel, 12.45%, which received FDA approval in June 2024. Sofdra™ is the first and only new chemical entity approved for treatment of primary axillary hyperhidrosis, a medical condition where excessive sweating occurs beyond what is needed to maintain body temperature. Hyperhidrosis is the third largest dermatology condition, which impacts the lives of more than 16 million people in the U.S. The broader clinical pipeline targets unmet needs in dermatology. Botanix has attracted a world-class management team who is actively evolving the pharmaceutical model to optimize patient access for Sofdra™ and future product introductions.

Overview

We are hiring for a Territory Manager (TM) who will be responsible for promotion Botanix’s product(s). We are seeking individuals who have established a consistent pattern of achievement and commitment. Candidates should demonstrate a history of going above and beyond through leadership, athletics, extracurricular activities, community involvement, work experience, or other endeavors that reflect strong work ethic, resilience, competitiveness, and the drive to excel.

The Territory Manager (TM) will be responsible for executing highly targeted commercial strategies that result in market development, managed care pull-through, and achievement of all objectives and goals. The TM will work collaboratively with their customers and Botanix stakeholders to ensure exceptional follow-through and patient access to this much-needed treatment.

Responsibilities
  • Execute marketing strategies and leverage resources effectively to maximize impact and achieve all objectives and goals
  • Influence customers within assigned geography and accounts to support the use of Botanix’s product(s) in the treatment of indicated disease states by developing and applying clinical knowledge, strong selling skills, and business expertise
  • Develop and implement strategic and dynamic business plans that address unique market needs and enhance results
  • Build customer loyalty by identifying and cultivating relationships with key customer stakeholders who can influence decision making within accounts
  • Develop a strong understanding and awareness of the patient journey to best support customer understanding and needs so they can ensure a great patient experience.
  • Establish a strong understanding of the local reimbursement and payor environment and effectively educate customers on patient support information and services to ensure patient access to Botanix’s product(s).
  • Work collaboratively with teammates and the internal Botanix team by gathering, analyzing, and providing regular updates around market data, customer feedback, and competitor insights to help shape strategy
  • Act compliantly in accordance with all company and industry guidelines
  • Successfully and actively participate in all sales training and sales meetings

Pay Range

The base salary range for this role is $95,000 - $130,000. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors including but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, and skills.
