Job summary

Pep Boys is seeking a Store Manager to drive sales across service labor, parts, and fleet while delivering exceptional customer service. You will lead the service team, back shop, and ensure safety and productivity in-store.

Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, and directing staff, maintaining store standards, and managing day-to-day operations. The role requires strong leadership and a focus on cash handling and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience.
• 1-3 years service industry experience preferred.
• Must have valid Driver's License.
• Ability to work Days, Nights, Holidays and Weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of associates, directing workload and evaluating performance.
• Maintain store productivity, profitability, and safety standards.
• Coach staff on Customer Care Process and CVIs.
• Recruit and interview for key shop and selling positions.
• Ensure policy compliance for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory control.
• Maintain strong customer service and resolve complaints.
• Perform opening and closing duties as a key holder.
