Job description

Graco manufactures and markets premium equipment to move, measure, control, dispense, and spray a wide variety of fluid and powder materials. This includes pumping peanut butter into jars, oil in cars, gluing shoe soles, glass, and phone screens, spraying finishes on vehicles, coatings on pills, paint on houses, and textures on walls. Job Purpose

Manage territory sales for Gema's standard products, including distribution sales and development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Manage specific distributor organizations within an assigned geographic area.
  2. Coordinate pricing strategies to meet sales targets, including negotiations.
  3. Direct sales of automatic gun retrofit systems and support booth system sales with the regional or distributor sales team.
  4. Develop sales targets, quotas, and performance goals for distributors, aligning with organizational growth objectives.
  5. Prepare monthly reports on networking, lead opportunities, and sales.
  6. Support regional managers or directors to achieve growth results.
  7. Assist with national sales meetings, marketing events, and local sales events.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

Travel – Required

This is a home-based sales position with significant travel, ideally residing in Dallas, Houston, or San Antonio.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None.

Qualifications: Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made for disabilities.

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years related experience or an equivalent combination.
  • Familiarity with computers, presentation software, spreadsheets, and word processing.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with distribution management and technical sales training.
  • Additional technical background is beneficial.

Language Skills: Ability to read and communicate effectively within the organization and with vendors, including international contacts.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform calculations involving proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume, and apply basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability: Capable of solving practical problems and interpreting various instructions.
