This home-based position involves significant travel, managing distributor organizations, and coordinating sales strategies. Graco manufactures and markets premium equipment to move, measure, control, dispense, and spray a wide variety of fluid and powder materials. This includes pumping peanut butter into jars, oil in cars, gluing shoe soles, glass, and phone screens, spraying finishes on vehicles, coatings on pills, paint on houses, and textures on walls. Job Purpose
Manage territory sales for Gema's standard products, including distribution sales and development.

Position Requirements
Travel – Required
This is a home-based sales position with significant travel, ideally residing in Dallas, Houston, or San Antonio.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None.
Qualifications: Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made for disabilities.
Education and/or Experience
Language Skills: Ability to read and communicate effectively within the organization and with vendors, including international contacts.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform calculations involving proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume, and apply basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability: Capable of solving practical problems and interpreting various instructions.
