Job Description

Priority1, Inc., a dynamic nationwide company, is now seeking transportation professionals for business-to-business product/service sales in Pensacola. We are looking for enthusiastic, polished, hardworking candidates who want to have a career in sales! Priority1 is a premier consulting and contract logistics company, specializing in LTL, Truckload, Air Freight, and Warehouse services. We are growing rapidly and are looking to add new outside Territory Managers to the Pensacola market.

The Territory Manager sales position offers the opportunity to establish superior selling skills, provide comprehensive business solutions in a small-to-mid size business environment, and grow into senior roles by gaining experience selling to executive decision makers (Owner, CEO, CFO, President, Vice President). This outside sales role is focused on new business acquisition, with an unlimited prospect base in the freight shipping industry. The position offers personal and professional growth, along with a great income potential.

Training and Development

We support our Territory Managers through top-tier training, including three weeks of corporate training within the first 24 months, with additional senior and management training opportunities. Trainings are held in Little Rock, AR, led by our experienced Executive Development Team. New hires also participate in the 'Fast Start Program,' which includes three months of in-the-field training with upper management.

Requirements of a Priority1 Territory Manager
  • Preferred 2 years of freight sales experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (business, marketing, communication, or any major with a passion for sales)
  • Involvement in campus activities; athletic backgrounds highly recommended
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and polished
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Determined to succeed and be part of a winning team
  • Strong desire to succeed
Compensation
  • Base salary + uncapped commission + $500 monthly car allowance + gas reimbursement
  • 100% paid medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and dependents
  • HSA with employer contributions, life insurance, short and long-term disability, 401(k), profit sharing (approx. 15%)
  • Paid holidays and PTO
