Farrell Equipment is seeking a proactive Field Sales professional to expand our Minnesota territory. You will build strategic plans, visit job sites, and develop trusted relationships with contractors and businesses.

You will identify opportunities, present tailored equipment solutions, and close deals while delivering outstanding service. The role combines fieldwork with a strong emphasis on client success, supported by our 55+ years in the industry.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, account management, and developing client relationships.
• Knowledge of construction equipment and supplies.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Relevant industry experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities
